“Lately I have had REALLY sore breasts before my period. I saw something that it could be high estrogen related and that eating raw carrot salad daily can help with high estrogen. What is your perspective on this? / If you recommend it, does it have to be the carrot salad (I believe its olive oil, salt, and ACV) or will eating whole raw carrots daily have the same effect?”
“I wanted to ask if you had a brand of prenatal vitamins you would recommend? 🤍”
“My question is if you have any social media tips for digital course creators who see it as a necessary evil for their business! Also, if you have any tools/apps/software that you highly recommend for making it easier (mainly for insta!)? 😅”

I got my IUD out like 3 months ago and things have been going really well, but this week I noticed what I thought was an allergic reaction, but not that its calmed down, I believe is tinea versicolor (I've had this before). My question is, how likely do you think it is that this skin reaction (tinea versicolor) is related to a hormonal imbalance after coming off birth control? / any other insights you have around this!
